Payment methods

Gootickets strives to provide our customers with an array of options for payments.

These are the options that are currently available:

CREDIT CARD & BANK DEBIT PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards, such as VISA, Mastercard and American Express. To make your purchase via credit card, you will be asked to supply your name, credit card number, the expiry date and the three-digit security code when you place your order. The three-digit security code can be found on the back of your credit card. We also accept bank debit payments via Carte Bleue.

To reinforce security to your transaction, we are in partnership with 3D Secure, which is intended to add an extra layer of security for online payments. This additional layer of security assists to prevent unauthorised transactions, and hence, ensuring the safety of your payment.

BANK TRANSFER

Please contact our customer service team to pay by bank transfer. One of our agents will provide you with a proforma invoice, which will include banking details that you can use to make your payment.
