Delivery information

Based on your chosen event and the time at which you make your booking, one of the subsequent delivery options will be allocated to your order.

 

DHL Shipping

DHL delivery is one of the ways to receive your tickets. They operate worldwide and ensure that the delivery is secure and fast. If this is your selected option, you will receive an email with a tracking number when the ticket is posted, hence allowing you to track its status at all times.

The cost of the shipping is determined by your delivery address, and it will be automatically determined at checkout when you input your country. It is highly recommended to use your place of work as the delivery address for your tickets, as DHL solely operates in the daytime, Monday to Friday. In order to receive your tickets, DHL requires proof of identification and a signature.

Kindly note that you can change your delivery address in your customer account. Login to your account by clicking on the button in the top right corner of the Gootickets web page.

 

Ticket Collection

There is the option of on-site collection in which you can pick up your tickets at the event - otherwise known as “Pick Up”.

In the “Pick Up” option, you have to download the e-voucher from your account to obtain the tickets on site at the event. Your e-voucher will contain all the necessary information such as the process, time and location you can collect your tickets. Please note that you will only be able to download the voucher from your Gootickets account 1-2 weeks before the event. Upon collection of your tickets, it is compulsory for you to bring your e-voucher (either printed or electronically) and have a valid photo ID.

 

E-Ticket

E-ticket delivery option is sometimes available for some events.

If this is the circumstance for your chosen event, you will receive an email from Gootickets.com when your e-tickets are available on your customer account. This email will also explain how to download and print your e-ticket.

Kindly note that you are required to show a printed copy of your e-ticket to enjoy admission to the event.
