What makes this venue so special is the circuit’s structural design. Inspired by Chinese History, the track and its stands are a fine mix of tradition and modernism. The main grandstand, which contains 29.000 seats, allows a good deal of visitors to enjoy a panoramic view of over 80% of the race.

Launched in 2004, Bahrain’s Gulf Air Grand Prix welfares from its unconventionalities. First ever GP to be set in the Middle East, the track is surrounded by the Bahraini desert. Under the boiling Arabian sun, the race is very challenging for the drivers.
